Prior to Listing

  1. Meet with our client to determine needs and time frame
  2. Conduct tour of property, and make recommendations for putting the home interior and exterior in the most favorable position for showing
  3. Determine list price

We Begin Marketing When Listed

  1. Lawn Signage
  2. Create color brochure for inside the property
  3. Create color flyer for Information Box on front lawn
  4. Place Voicepad signage in the front lawn enabling prospective buyers to call a local number, listen to detailed information on your property, and be immediately transferred to our phone if desired
  5. Sunday Open House(s) if appropriate
  6. Open House advertising in AJCHomefinder.Com, Realtor.Com, FMLS, GeorgiaOpenHouses.Com, HarryNorman.Com, and Voice Pad
  7. Mail a “Just Listed” postcard to the appropriate database

We Establish A Broad Web Presence

  1. Listing in FMLS and MLS (search engines for agents) with maximum number of pictures allowable (12 in FMLS) plus descriptive captions
  2. Enhanced listing in www.AJCHomefinder.com
  3. Listing in www.harrynorman.com enhanced with a 1,000 character paragraph
  4. Listing in www.Realtor.com using our enhanced capabilities, which features the largest number of pictures available (up to 25), a long descriptive paragraph, a headline, & scrolling text
  5. For homes priced above $750,000, listing in LuxuryRealEstate.Com, the world’s largest searchable database of luxury properties

Because Property Is Sold By Agents We Advertise to Agents

  1. Email “Just Listed” internal marketing promotion to geographically appropriate Harry Norman agents, and to our list of “Top Producing Agents in Atlanta” announcing the property’s availability
  2. Present and promote the listing in our weekly office sales meetings
  3. Agent caravan featuring a luncheon or cash drawing
  4. Publicize caravan in FMLS
  5. Email a color brochure publicizing caravan to all in-town and Buckhead/Sandy Springs Harry Norman offices, as well as our list of “Top Producing Agents in Atlanta”

NOTE: Harry Norman pays its agents representing Buyers a bonus if they sell a Harry Norman listing. There are 334 Harry Norman agents in the Buckhead area alone.

We Keep You Informed

  1. Track showing activity and obtain feedback from agents who have shown the property
  2. Once every 2 weeks, email a marketing update which includes showing activity, advertising efforts, and web activity
  3. Apprise seller of changes in market conditions in the area, and new listings, withdrawals, or pending sales
  4. Re-evaluate price, if necessary
